Pretty cool race. Olympian Brian Sell was directing traffic and cheering us on. So were the other elites. Felt confident, but didn't have the strength to run under 7 minutes consistently. I was a little discouraged by this, but was a bit tired after running so fast this week. I really want to get my 5k time down this summer. Tony took 3rd in 16:03, behind Clint Verran and a high schooler. Still, it was the fastest I've been for a while and second best since 2007.
