Ran with Rusty and Kevin. Also Howard Bueller joined us on the trail. Felt the aches and pains everywhere today. Continued ache in my right thigh. Also my ankle was achy toward the end. Allergies have been hurting lately. Didn't feel great today, but I was alright. Ran that painful hill at the beginning twice.
