Took a step up today. 5 minute warm up, 5 sets of 2 minutes running and 1 minute walking, and 5 minute cool down.
The running was harder than I anticipated. During the second segment I had a few twinges in the painful spot on my right leg but I was able to continue. Post run there was some more pain in that spot when I was doing pigeon pose but less than on October 20 when I had to rest for a week.
