10 at race pace with Joe. I wasn't feeling super strong but I did relax into this a little around mile 7. This was 2 minutes faster than what we did ahead of the DC marathon this past March on tougher terrain. The pacing goals here were faster than the last time but it's still an encouraging sign.

This wasn't really how I wanted the week to go but having this workout in my pocket feels good just the same. Knee felt a bit better today and I'll keep working on it.
