Notes

The original workout was supposed to be 2T, 2R, 2T with one mile warm up and one mile cool down. I had to modify the workout due to the heat and because I'm still trying to recover from a nasty cold. There were also a group of young girls at the track who made it their mission to piss me off by standing in lane 1 and trying to block my progress. I probably should have just ignored them but they really got under my skin and I was too annoyed to stay focused on what I was doing.

The warm up and cool down ended up being only about 1.2 miles all told and took 10:28. This is noted above.

My splits were for 4T and looked like this:

14:21 for the last two, with the fourth mile being a bit faster than the third.

These splits are a bit off the wall and I wasn't thrilled with how the work out went.
