Planned to do 3 at 6:30 pace. Took me a bit to settle at that pace - legs felt heavy and weren't used to moving like this. When I planned this I was adamant that I not go faster than 6:30 and I kind of held that for the first two miles but the third one I didn't try to slow down. This was harder than I imagined but I also ran faster than I planned so the effort was probably correct for the result. Really pleased. I've done some faster stuff once in a while this year but I think this was the first workout I went into with a plan and not just accidentally running quick miles.
