Notes

Warm up walk, 5 sets of 3 minutes running and 1 minute walking, cool down walk. I was feeling a little off over the weekend and skipped my set of exercises. I was feeling a little heavy / janky today and felt like I was on the verge of a pain twinge but didn't have one during the running. Post run I'm having a little bit of pain and weakness.
