GPS file got corrupted. Had a few 6:45 ish miles in here which was too fast.
Took a week off to try to build some quad strength on my right side. My knee gives out a little and it feels like my quad forgets to engage. It took almost a half mile for my limping to stop today. Quad didn't feel like it was helping but it also felt like my right glute wasn't firing. I got mad and ran too fast but my knee felt fine once everything warmed up.
Post run I did stretches but my knee has felt poor in the hours after the run.
