Day 1 of Boston '09 training! The goal here was 4 miles at 8:30 pace and I did a good job of it.

The first one I fudged singe I was looking at 5 minutes at the halfway but the others were pretty consistent. The weather was cold but not too bad and overall it was a very pleasant way to get started.
