All over the map on this one. I was supposed to do 6 miles but after last week's disaster I wanted to get a good run in to boost my confidence before moving up to 6.

The last mile was trouble after I botched the second and third ones. Had I kept it under control I think I could have done 6 no problem, so that's good to know at least.
