Workout was an 800 followed by 3 sets of 5 repeats of 40 seconds at mile pace and 30 seconds of rest. There were 3 minutes of rest in between. Distance is approximate - we were getting a little over one lap per two repeats.

Struggled with the speed and the big puddles. Glad I finished.
