I wanted to do the long yo-yo from two weeks ago again but better. Better meant more in control and also finishing the 8th fast rep. I was more in control overall but didn't make the 8th fast rep because every mile was a fight. I felt junky on the warmup and never got better. Tried to take each of the fast miles as a single thing to work on and separate it from the whole workout.

It's possible I put too much into this. I've felt tired all week and now maybe it's more of a pattern? I don't really know.
