A 6 mile run was kind of an open secret to myself that I had maybe gotten healthy and back on track to fitness. I'm not remotely there yet and it has been increasingly frustrating to see that I'm not progressing in my recovery. The increase in running has come with an increase in frequency of pain in my right leg's sore spot and my PT and I don't seem to have gotten any closer to identifying what's wrong.
