Notes
This run was better than my previous 20 miler but not as good as I would have hoped. I did two 10 mile Heartbreak loops. Culla wanted me to do 6 miles at R pace so I did them from mile 3 - 9. The first 10 miles were pretty good although I was starting to feel tired by the time I got back to my house. The last 10 miles were tougher than I would have liked, especially the last 5. This makes perfect sense but I wish I had felt stronger.
