Vacation run on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Easy miles on the way out, then some tempo pace on the way back? I don't know why I did that. This is a great place to run.
This week was a good step up for me. I did a long run, this stupid tempo/base+ thing, and pushed up towards 50 miles. I'm also just about back on pace for 2,000 miles in 2019.
