10 at race pace with Joe. I was tired starting 6.5 into this but not too bad. Did this with my racing shoes and my ankles, feet, and calves held up well.

This turned out to mimic my race plan which was cool. Slow start, 6:20 pace until halfway, accelerate a little for the second half then kick the end.
