3 easy with Joe to start. I wanted to get these in because I figured the big group was going out hard this week and they did. I got in 12 fast miles before deciding not to go too deep and I did the last 5+ with Zach. I felt good and likely could have kept going faster.
Left hip didn't start chirping until mile 15 or so, and didn't start being a problem until 19. Another improvement over last week!
