Ran with Culla and Kieran. Workout was 3 sets of 400m hard, 100m float (we said this was going to be 7:00 mile pace but we were slower), 300m hard, 200m float, 200m hard, 200m float, 200m hard. This was really challenging. I think we had good pacing on the hard sections but were too slow on the floats so overall our mile times didn't match with my perceived effort.

I was on my toes during the hard sections and rested my calves on the floats. I couldn't maintain it over the last 800m of the final set.
