Last week wasn't the best - I had a big increase in pain and weakness in my right knee and some pain in my left knee as well. I felt better over the weekend and decided to not increase my workout this week. Doing another week of 4 sets 8 minutes running and one minute walking.

This one went better than any of last week's efforts so that's something to build on.
