Notes

Got a cold last week so I took some time to recover. Haven't done stretches or exercises in a few days.

4 sets of 8 minutes running with one minute walking. I was stiff and awkward for the first few minutes running but settled in towards the end of the first set. Footing was poor from the snow. Knee was feeling a little loose a few hours post run.
