I tried a run on Monday that got derailed from a serious cramp in my right calf. Today's run was the same and the cramp came on right away. I did a lot of stretching on light poles and was able to run through it. Post run it got very tight and is still pretty sore even the next day.

I think this is cramping and not a muscle strain but I don't really know.
