Since Monday's run I've had persistent, low level pain and weakness in my right knee. I spent yesterday with a lot of ice and advil and felt better this morning. I didn't want to skip a run today but thought maybe taking a step back was smart. I did 5 sets of 2 minutes running and 1 minute walking, plus a walking warm up and cool down. No problems on the run.
