2 mile warm up then 8 x 1/2 mile intervals at 9:20 to 9:10 pace, 2 minute recovery, 1 mile cool down. I'm going to have to get better at programing my watch. It was hard to do the minutes and the miles, and keep track of how many intervals I'd done. It would have been easier on the track, but boring.
