5 miles easy then 10 x 2 minute striders with 2 minute recovery X 10, cool down to get 12 miles. Started striders on uphill section. Lost count again and ended up doing 12 striders. Into the wind on the way back. Right leg cramping by mile 11. Took a walk break and continued run.
