Ate ribs i hour before run. Was supposed to be a tempo run with 10 minutes hard, 3 minute recovery, then 10 minutes harder. Ended up slower on the second tempo. Got nauseated, had to hit the library bathroom and ended up walking the last mile home. Did get some nice speed going 8:30 min tempo) until my gut rebelled. Started getting nauseated and dizzy half way through the second tempo section. Still not over virus? But likely it was the ribs for lunch.
