Was supposed to run at 9 to 9:30 minute mile pace for 1 minute every 1/2 mile. Messed up and ran harder for 1/2 mile.

Need to drink more coffee and wake up prior to reading the directions from my trainer. Legs were tired at mile 4, and I slowed way down.
