Notes
1 mile warm up then 2 min intervals with 2 min recovery x 7. Didn't hit lap button for first interval. Found that treadmill speed is approximately 1 minute per mile slower than the Garmin foot pod. Goal was 9:30 pace for intervals. 6MPH is 10 min pace and 6.3MPH is 9:30 pace.
