Excellent race today, even if I somewhat fell off at the end. I ran a post-college PR by 3:19 and a lifetime PR by 1:23. Whoo! Splits were 7:31, 8:03, 7:57, 8:02, 8:05, 8:13, 8:08, 8:42, 8:59, and 2:33 for final 0.3. My 5Ks were 24:21, 25:18, and 27:40. I'm not sure of my placement, since I didn't get an AG award, but according to Mark I was 9th female overall. There were over 600 people today in both races, so I figure maybe 200 in the 15K and half of those female...so 9th out of roughly 100. Sweet.
