Notes

I decided to do this at the last minute since I ran the marathon only two weeks ago...and was really not sure if I'd be recovered enough to really race. But things went really well and I felt strong--and was able to finish hard. I even ran fairly consistently.

Splits: 6:47, 7:08, 6:52, 7:13, 6:48 (slightly less than a mile)

Good times today with lots of friends!!
