it's easy to see that i have no leg speed at this time. i felt great, like i could've held that pace for another 2 to 4 miles. I ran just about even splits the entire course.
i'm sure my times will drop once i start to add in those workouts kip gave to me...
i'll admit it right here, Mike Rieder beat me in a 5k. it took him about 6 years, but he finally pulled it out. just wait until my body adjust to this higher mileage and i start to do some speed work, then it's on. ;)
