nice easy run. did the last two miles on the seals x-c and was able to run 6:31(downhill section) and 6:49(uphill section). i was really surprised how strong i'm starting to feel. i know i need to do some shorter intervals and work on leg speed. but i believe that i'll be better off in the long run if i work on mile repeats over short 200's and 400's.
