pretty good and solid overall with no running for 2 weeks. hit 5:21 the first mile and felt a little tired, 5:37 the 2nd mile, and after that I knew I was in trouble. I felt completely drained, hit 5:43 3rd mile and 5:56ish the last mile. after 4 ears of running this, I finally took home a medal! good friend of mine, TR Pursell from one of the local school came how from NW Missouri and took home the win with a time of 19:56 (4:59 pace)
