4. Complex 1

a. 2DB - Muscle Snatch > Upright Row > Snatch Squat > Thrusters > Bent Row > Alternating Lunge

Circuit 7

a. Single Arm Snatch 5+5 > Crunch x 15 > Burpees x 10

i. Perform continuous for 10-15 minutes

This was probably my most intense session of lifting since I started summer training. The last burpee was quite a struggle, but I have a new mantra: BURPEES = NATIONALS.

Side note: Part of me wonders if, one day, I'll look back on this summer and think, "How the hell did I get myself to do that?"
