Notes

This was not done on a track, so I'm pretty happy with it. I tried to mix up the terrain... did some of the intervals on the road, others on dirt/gravel. I'm pretty pleased with the fact that my speed's still there. I obviously lost some speed endurance (800 was kind of sucky... I did run it over hills, though), but that will come back quickly. This was a nice little confidence booster.
