Notes

Tried experimenting with a Gu Chomp ever 30 minutes. I think 20 minutes is the ideal interval.

The humidity and elevation changes around Ft. Snelling got to me, so the last half of the run was punctuated with some walking.

No injuries or soreness, though, and the problem with my left hip did not return.

Poor diet over previous few days did not help.
