About me: My goals:
- incorporate running into my routine at least five days a week, even if it's just running a mile at the end of an elliptical workout at the gym.
- run the Franklin Bridge/Lake Street Bridge loop. (5 miles)
- catch up with the pace bunny by the end of the semester (May)!! |
Why do I run: Sometimes, I'm not sure. When I have good days, it's REALLY good. When I have bad days, I hate running. I think I need to stick with it and see how I improve over time, because at this point I'm still trying to adjust to making running a part of my weekly routine. |
Why I started running: To shape up and lose a few pounds, to improve cardiovascular health, to manage stress, and wear out my border collie! |
