My second 5K this year but haven't trained in 3 months due to sons illness & hospital stays. I took this run short notice (Wed of this week) to run with my cousin Kelley. I ended up walking about 3 times but for only 15-20 seconds and it is still a PR for me. Very flat out and back course and the weather could not have been more perfect!
