First day in the gym in a couple of months, just really trying to get back in the habit of going whenever I get the opportunity. As much as I enjoy running, I love to lift also; not to be huge, just in better shape.

Today worked Chest and Triceps. 50 minutes of lifting, followed by 10 minutes of light cardio.
