Longest run to date. Really happy with this. About 7 miles into the run a guy passed by me going the opposite direction and said, "get 'er done". Very simple, yet oh so sweet. What the guy said has basically been my motto for the summer. Just get in the necessary work and don't make excuses. Just get 'er done.
