Notes

Shelly Steely. 12 min recovery. First one was slow (should have at least been 2:25) but it allowed me to build into the workout. Overall, solid. Ran with Alton and we worked well together. If I'm on TRACK for what I want to accomplish in TRACK I'd like to be 2:15-2:20 for this workout in the spring. So that's something to shoot for.
