GPS lost signal at the end and it didn't track about .3 miles. This run was fantastic. The middle 5 miles were done at 6:40 pace. I did this based on effort. I thought with the kind of effort I gave that the pace would equate closer to 7 min pace. So the fact that I did 6:40 pace and the effort was relatively relaxed and smooth is a really good sign. I am happy with where I'm at fitness-wise.
