Wanted to do some sort of short speedwork / strides. Settled on 4x200 w/ 200 slow jog after each rep. Originally was going to see if Newton North indoor track was open, but I figured I’d check Weston outdoor track. Weston Track was cleared of snow so I went for it. A bit chilly today and I haven’t run fast like this since last March so I’m kind of surprised! My thinking was to gradually build. Just ran based on effort and what felt comfortable.
