Notes

3 x (2 min @ 5:20 pace, 1 min @ 4:48 pace, 1 min @ 4:48 pace). 2 min jog between pieces and 4 min jog between sets. In last set I did 2 min @ 4:48 instead of two reps of 1 min. Felt flat at the beginning. Still felt a bit flat at the end but I warmed up into it so it wasn't too bad. No clue what kind of 800/mile time I can run right now - in much better shape than I've ever been in so I'm excited to get things going.
