Seb Coe workout.

4 x (6 x 100m @ 14/15 sec per). 20 sec ri between reps and 400m jog ri between sets. Stayed consistent at that. Left calf cramped up with 4 reps to go (on 4th set). Stretched it a bit and resumed. Good that I just did 4. Later in season, if we do this, I'd do 5 but since I'm just getting back into workouts it was a good call. Still a difficult workout.
