this was my first run with chorley harriers.
from cricket pitch up past beths, and round a loop and back to spar.
stopped at styles and for others to catch up .

last 2 miles fast as down from top of nab, effort made, but not all out. made difference running with others, audible breathing but nothing too bad. Raised confidence due to faster pace3 coming easier and more sustainable
