Notes

elevated heart rate to start, so decided to just make it an easy run as need recovery from all mileage.

Went down moss lane, and to white coppice and over nab. Last 3 miles averaging about 7:20 pace. Easy too.

Realised at end to think less about breathing and more about the powerful legs I have, and felt the power.
