Notes

Jogged down to the track, did 2 miles tempo, jogged back. Didn't feel great but didn't feel horrible. Definitely gotta get that speed up, gotta get the endurance up as well. Havent ran much this week due to 1: moving, and 2: going on a biking trip with Jeremy for 4 days starting Saturday and I don't want to be destroyed from it.
