22 minutes easy with strides, six mile tempo (5:00-5:05 target pace), 24 minutes easy. Back to work on the roads today. Took the last week off workouts to give my groin a break. Still not perfect, but much better and I don't feel like I'm 60 years old after the run. I could only run 5:15s today. I had a horrible side stitch the last two miles and struggled to breathe, probably could have ran faster without it. This was probably one of my fastest workouts at Raccoon park.
