12 minute warm-up + drills, 20 minute tempo, 6 x 200 fast with 100 easy, 17 minute cool down. Ran in Ames with some ISU runners. Four mile tempo in 20:44 and 200's were 31's & 32's and one 29 high. Good first workout. Felt harder than tempo though.
