21 minutes easy with strides, 10k in 32:06, 35 minutes easy. Ran the Heritage Trail Run 10k as a training run. Won the race in 32:06. Not sure if the course was short or the miles were marked wrong. 4th mile was definitely marked wrong. Splits were something like 5:13, 5:15, 5:13, 5:28, 5:09, 5:07, 41. Tweaked my achilles a little on the fifth mile and eased up some.
